As President of Trellis LLC, a firm specializing in Human Resources consulting, she has developed strategic programs and talent development initiatives in multiple challenging environments to enhance individual and organizational performance.  Corporate includes Tredegar Films, Wachovia Securities, Genworth Financial, Sun Microsystems and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
